Soudal Sanitary Silicone Clear 290ml is a high-quality, flexible silicone sealant specifically formulated for bathrooms, kitchens and other areas exposed to high levels of humidity.

The mould-resistant formula cures to create a durable, waterproof and permanently elastic seal, making it ideal for sealing around baths, showers, sinks, toilets, ceramic tiles and plumbing fixtures. Its clear finish is particularly useful where a discreet, less visible seal is required.

Soudal Sanitary Silicone provides very good adhesion to many common sanitary materials, including glass, most acrylics, ceramics, vitreous surfaces, painted surfaces and anodised aluminium.

Soudal's current technical data gives a curing speed of approximately 2mm per 24 hours and elongation at break of approximately 700%.

How to use

Surfaces should be rigid, clean, dry and free from dust and grease before application.

Apply an even bead using a standard sealant gun and tool the joint before skin formation to achieve the desired finish.

Soudal specifies an application temperature between +5°C and +35°C. Skin formation occurs in approximately 7 minutes, with a curing speed of approximately 2mm per 24 hours under specified conditions.
