At Kirkstall Commerce, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.
Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
To be eligible for a return, products must:
- Be in new, unused, and resalable condition
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation where applicable
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the same 30-day return period, subject to stock availability.
Return Process
To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns should be sent by post to the address provided by our team after your request has been approved.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund and will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days of receiving your return. Please note that your payment provider or bank may take additional time to credit the funds to your account.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
