Kirkstall Commerce primarily supplies businesses, organisations and public sector customers across the UK. We work with companies of all sizes, from sole traders and small businesses to large organisations, schools, healthcare providers, hospitality venues, facilities management companies and industrial users.

Individual consumers are also welcome to place orders, with no trade account required.

Businesses can apply for a trade account to access a range of additional benefits, including exclusive trade pricing, quantity-based discounts, personalised pricing where applicable, quick reordering, VAT-friendly business invoicing, saved order history, and the option to request quotes for larger purchases. Eligible businesses may also qualify for net payment terms, subject to approval.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest or create a standard customer account for a faster checkout experience and to view your order history.

If you're purchasing on behalf of a business, we recommend applying for a trade account. Approved trade customers can benefit from exclusive pricing, quantity discounts, personalised catalogues where applicable, streamlined ordering, VAT-friendly invoicing and, where eligible, net payment terms.

How long does delivery take?

Most in-stock orders placed before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same working day, with the majority delivered on the next working day. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, delivery location and courier service selected.

Can I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

At present, we primarily deliver throughout the United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact our team before placing your order.

Yes. We offer a 30-day returns policy for unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging.
