Shipping Carriers
We use a combination of trusted carriers, including:
- Amazon Shipping
- Royal Mail
Carrier selection may vary depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We dispatch orders 7 days a week.
Next Day Delivery Cut-Off Times:
- Monday – Friday: Order by 4:00 PM
- Saturday: Order by 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Order by 2:30 PM
Orders placed before these cut-off times will typically be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be dispatched the following day.
Delivery Estimates
- Most orders are delivered next day after dispatch
- Some areas (e.g. Highlands, Northern Ireland, remote locations) may take longer

Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be dispatched in multiple parcels. This may occur due to:
- Stock location
- Parcel size or weight restrictions
- Operational efficiency
You will still receive your full order as quickly as possible.
