Soudal Fix ALL Flexi 290ml Grey – Flexible Adhesive & Sealant

Soudal Fix ALL Flexi is a high-quality, multi-purpose adhesive and sealant designed for flexible bonding, sealing and filling applications both indoors and outdoors.

Based on Soudal's SMX Hybrid Polymer technology, Fix ALL Flexi provides strong adhesion to a wide range of porous and non-porous construction materials, even on slightly moist surfaces. Once cured, it remains permanently elastic, making it particularly suitable for joints and bonds where movement or vibration may occur.

The Grey 290ml cartridge is suitable for everything from general construction and renovation work to kitchens, bathrooms, floor joints and natural stone applications.

Soudal specifies that Fix ALL Flexi is suitable for most materials and surfaces, with PE, PP and PTFE listed as exceptions.

How to use

Ensure surfaces are clean and free from dust and grease.

When bonding: Apply Fix ALL Flexi in beads or dots to the material being bonded, press firmly onto the substrate and leave to set.

When sealing: Apply an even bead to the joint and smooth immediately using an appropriate finishing product or soapy solution.

Soudal recommends an optimal application temperature of approximately +5°C to +25°C and states that final strength is achieved after approximately 24 hours, although curing conditions can affect this.
