Directions for Use

1. Mix 50g custard powder with 50g sugar using a small amount of milk to form a smooth paste.
2. Bring the remaining 1 litre of milk to the boil.
3. Gradually stir the hot milk into the paste, return to the pan and bring back to the boil while stirring continuously until smooth.
